When you have either won a bid or used the 'Buy It Now' option you will receive an email notification from Ebay confirming your order, followed by another email from Ebay containing an invoice of the item you have just purchased.
When the items you have ordered are dispatched I will inform you by E-mail.
I may also E-mail you for clarification of your order, addressing or payment details.
I will not E-mail you otherwise without your consent.
I will not pass your E-mail address to anyone else. 
The type of information I collect about you includes: your name, postal and E-mail addresses and/or telephone number. I do not have access to your credit or debit card details and consequently cannot store them.

I will never collect information about you without your consent. For the purposes of order tracking I also store details of customer's previous orders with us.

To gather certain usage information like the numbers and frequency of visitors to the Comical-Family-Tree.com website, I use a tracking system provided by Nedstat. This system does not collect any personally identifiable information, only generalised information that helps me to determine how much my clients use the site, so I can improve my site to ensure that it is as appealing as I can make it for as many of you as possible. very much like television ratings that tell the networks how many people tuned in to a program.

The personal information I hold will be held securely in accordance with my internal security policy and the law.

I do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)

My website is hosted upon a UK based server, only the server administrator and the webmaster have access to this site for uploading and downloading of material. This is via a password encrypted File Transfer Protocol.
