Policy
If you wish to return an item to me that is damaged, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is
my fault, you must contact me prior to sending it back so that
I can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace the damaged/wrong items.
Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order can do so by emailing

Please do not return items to me without having contacted me in advance.
I will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to
me.
When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach
me. For your own protection, I suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery when returning items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that damage due to shipper mishandling must first be claimed with them.
Cancellation Policy
I believe that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions when you want to cancel your order after
I have dispatched your goods to you.
If you want to cancel your order, within 14 days of having received your goods, you
will be entitled to a full refund. However,
the Customer will be responsible for any postage charges that may apply from the return of goods.

I will endeavour to refund the Customer within 30 days of their cancellation.
